Job Description

Ensure the implementation of quality assurance in the plant. Ensure products released to the markets have met the standards and requirements of the Health Agencies and Our Company Policy.

Qualification

 Degree of Pharmacy Apothecary or relevant Science degree with min GPA 3.25
 Sound understanding of Indonesian (CPOB) and ASEAN regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical industries
 Conceptual and systematic, meticulous, good leadership, excellent writing and communication skills.

2. Quality Analyst

Job Description

Conduct product checking/ inspection activity, stability sample, and also sample that is used for study which includes checking/inspection validation and verification, calibration and instrument validation in Quality Control

Qualification

 Able to work under pressure  Able to work in a team
 Having organizational experience and great time management

3. Operation Specialist

Job Description

Directed by the production lead and will be involved in Production Area to help operation supervisor to be responsible for compliance and improvement of the production or packaging process according to the established standard.

4. Engineer

Job Description

Supporting operation team to ensure the operation performance achieve the target with the right procedure by providing the ready equipment or facilities or process systems that have been developed before.

Qualification

 Bachelor degree (S1/D4) Electrical Engineering with major control system/mechatronic
 English communication verbal and written
 A firm understanding of common machine software and computer programming
 Equipment troubleshooting skills
 Able to perform complex system tests
 Creative thinking and detail oriented of automation
 Excellent manual dexterity
 Able to work within a matrix organization and strong communication skills to support interactions with other members
 Experience with PLC, data analysis, automation validation tools
 Knowledgeable in lean manufacturing, risk assessment, data integrity, root cause analysis and quality improvement
 Able to translate user requirements into technical specifications and system

5. Buyer Planner

Job Description

 Responsible for procuring starting material except bulk and ensuring the availability based on the production planning.
 Responsible for production planning and detail scheduling, production planning master data

Qualification

 Bachelor degree preferably in Business or Economics and Industrial Engineering
 Preferably Six Sigma ( demonstrated knowledge of Operation Excellent tools and methodology) qualification APICS, CPIM and/or CSCP and/or CPM (Certification in Purchasing Management)

 Have a good analytical and logically minded
 Have knowledge in planning and procurement aspect
 Have knowledge in using SAP & APO
 Strong understanding of customer value

6. Automation and IT Engineer

Job Description

 Performs varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop, printer, laptop, any other computer hardware equipment and software problem through the effective use of available technical use
 Ensure all the automation and computerized system operational at all time safely

Qualification

 Degree in Mechatronic or Automation Engineer more preferable if they have capability in IT as well
 English communication verbal and written
 Have a good knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Automation and Computerized system
 Have a good knowledge in TCP / IP concept, Wifi, Computer Networking, Internet concept
 Computer hardware and software installation troubleshooting

7. QA IT

Job Description

Responsible for the quality aspect of computerized systems and supporting infrastructure used in site facilities, utilities, manufacturing, packaging and laboratories to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory expectations

Qualification

 Bachelor degree, preferably Information Technology, Engineering or Equivalent
 Hands-on experience and understanding or automated systems supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing, IT infrastructure and/or laboratory operations
 At least 2 years experience in delivering validated IT solution or an application support done
 Good understanding of the current pharmaceutical industry and applicable regulations
 Able to demonstrate working knowledge of the principles, theories and concepts of computerized system validation / compliance

8. Management Trainee

The program is designed to give an overview to the participants of end to end process in MSD. Trainees are given rotational overview in various areas (Quality, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management) based in MSD Pandaan Plant locations in East Java over a one year period while the trainee continue to their specific job position. The rotational program will provide the program trainee with the opportunity to experience and build understanding of end to end process and build MSD culture. Trainee will gain working experience into specific job position in multinational
company that also promotes high ethical and integrity culture and also experience, pressure and expectation of a multinational company.

 Hold Degree any field
 Minimum GPA 3.25
 English communication verbal and written
