A two-year structured development program that targets selected outstanding graduates to be Merdeka’s future leaders by preparing with the right knowledge, job experience, coaching, and mentoring from the best mentor in the industry.

We are looking for:

1. Fresh graduate with max. of 2 years work experience
2. Minimum 3.30/4.00 GPA scale or equivalent
3. Good command of English is a must and Mandarin would be an advantage
4. Having leadership experience is a plus
5. Strong analytical thinking and presentation skills
6. Max. 25 years old for Bachelor’s Degree (S1) & Max. 27 years old for Master’s Degree (S2)
7. Willing to be placed in any location across Indonesia Bachelor or Master’s Degree In :
8. Geological Engineering
9. Geodetic Engineering
10. Mining Engineering
11. Metallurgical Engineering
12. Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering
13. Mechanical Engineering
14. Civil Engineering
