Junior System Analyst

 Role:

  • Develop Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Analyze & design system based on request from user or dealer partners
  • Analyze any issue related with hardware, software, infrastructure and provide effective problem solving
  • Maintain and monitor implementation process of the system
  • Compile report of system monitoring and implementation

Requirements:

  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Hold minimum a Bachelor Degree from Computer Science/ Information System/ Information Technology with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
  • Have minimum 1 years of working experience in similliar position or related areas will be advantaged
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Have a knowledge in SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) & PDCA (Plan, Do, Check & Action)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good communication and team work skills
  • Multitasking , result and detail oriented
  • Computer literacy (MS. Office formula)
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

Training Staff

 This position will support the coorporate training unit in providing training need analysis, training program and implementation. Ensuring the effective implementation and training result. Maintain  training report.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent from reputable universities with GPA minimum 3.0
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Training, Training need analysis, Computer
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Building, Construction and Facilities Staff

 This position will be responsible in building and  facilities management , ensuring meeting standart of construction, health, safety and environment. Maintain regular maintenance and provide effective problem solving and preventive action and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Building Construction,  Computer
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering – Others or equivalent.

Corporate Legal Staff

 This position will be assisting the Legal Head in reviewing and drafting agreement, contract management and preparing reports.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent, from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Freash Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge in corporate law
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Self Confidence
  • Required Skill(s): Law, Coorporate Legal, Litigation, Paralegal
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.

Recruitment Staff

This position will be responsible in recruitment and selection, ensure fulfillment of recruitment target and quality, maintain network with universities and other recruitment agencies

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent from reputable Universities, with GPA minimum 3.00
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Required Skill(s): Recruitment, Assessment
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
