OPEN POSITION:

ART DIRECTOR

Job Descriptions:

• Initiate and generate ideas, involved in creative strategic thinking, create visual direction and of its application for various projects ranging from branding, copywriting, print, and digital media
• Accurately execute and also approved creative works based on inputs from creative director or related Business/ Strategic team
• Ensure that all approved creative work meets the required quality standards, timelines, and budgets
• Oversee all creative works printing and production process
• Able to lead and grow the creative team, effectively manage timeline and oversee project execution
• To independently or collaboratively work with creative team, other divisions, and also outsorced independents

Requirements:

• Sense of leadership, self-motivated, passionate, and highly organized
• have a good people relationship management skill
• Excellent communication skills
• Aware of the latest creative and digital knowledge/ trends
• Experience in digital campaign and production
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the graphic design industry
• Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suites programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign)
• Adaptability in managing on various projects and tight deadlines
• Great attention to details
• Experience in creative agency are preferred

SENIOR/ JUNIOR DESIGNER 

Job Descriptions:

• Generate creative ideas, contribute in strategic direction and execute creative works
• Assist Art Director in creating or developing brand identity, creative strategy, and other graphic outcomes on multiple projects
• Able to independently or collaboratively work (with Creative Director, Art Director, and Senior/ Junior Designers) on projects
• To consistently create high quality standard of visual outcomes
• Able to effectively manage timeline and execution of projects

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, passionate and organized.
• Excellent visual aesthetic sense and creative visual skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Open for fresh graduate
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the graphic design industry for senior position
• Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suites programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Adaptability in working with various projects and tight deadlines

MOTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Descriptions:

• Create or develop creative ideas for multimedia outcomes (animation, videos, or social media) on various brands
• To independently or collaboratively work with creative team, video team, and outsorced independents
• Produce animation of multiple projects based on input or strategic direction
• To consistently create high quality standard of visual outcomes
• Able to effectively manage timeline and execution of projects

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, passionate and organized
• Have excellent visual aesthetic sense and skills, as well as a flair in creative story telling
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suites program (After Effects, Animate, Premier, Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Adaptability in working with various projects and tight deadlines
• Great attention to details
• Experience in beauty or e-commerce is a plus
• Experience in 3D Animation is highly favorable

MERCHANDISER

Candidate will be responsible to build and maintain strategic relationship with brands.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in english
• Multi tasking and strong willing
• Having experience in ecommerce is an advantage

ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER

Candidate will be responsible to create and develop brand strategy together with brand manager

Requirements:

• Having minimum 1 year experience in brand division
• Minimum bachelor degree
• Keen interest in the beauty industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Effectively manage multiple tasks of varying complexities

BEAUTY ADVISOR

Candidate will providing professional service to customers by selling and demonstrating products/ brand

Requirements:

• Open from any major
• Having experience minimum 1 year will be an advantage
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Deep interest on beauty

TEAM LEADER

Candidate will be leading our beauty advisors team and responsible to manage day to day operational at Sociolla store

Requirements:

• Open from any major, Diploma are welcome
• At least 1 year working experience as team leader
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Having strong leadership skills

STORE MANAGER

Candidate will be responsible and overseeing daily operation of the store, making sure everything run smoothly and effective

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years working experience as store manager (in beauty retail industry will be an advantage)
• Having strong leadership skills and customer management
• Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
• Multitasking and strong willing

INTERNSHIP

Requirements:

• Willing to join for intern program for minimum 3 months period
• Passionate about beauty world
• Able to speak English
• Diligent and thorough
• Social media enthusiasts
