What is Recruitment Service Division? 

In the spirit of servicing the critical recruitment needs for Urbanhire potential and existing client’s, we are now expanding our business, where we develop Recruitment Service Division to enforce the premium headhunter services towards businesses by providing talent scouting and assessment service.

Role Objective:

Your role will be to not only service and develop existing clients, but also to grow the client base through business development coupled with the delivery of superior customer service in line with Urbanhire’s core values.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Head of Recruitment Service in daily basis and working closely with Head of Recruitment Service in developing and determining the business strategy
  • Making and providing productivity report weekly and monthly basis
  • Determining potential business development source list to be converted into Work In Progress list
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
  • Handling and developing the whole range of recruitment activities to search and find the most potential candidates to fill any position in clients business
  • Executing day to day sourcing activities for each project with wide range of resources
  • Executing competency based interview process with each candidate, created comprehensive report for each interview and selected the best fit candidate for each on-going assignment include developing necessary talent pipeline
  • Actively liaising with the candidates and clients pre and post hiring
  • Assisting internal finance department on AR matters regarding with the service completion
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates


Ideally, we expect a candidate that:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
  • Posses a resourceful and tactical way of thinking
  • Having high business / industry knowledge
  • Having strong communication skills and up for challenge
  • Having interest or experience in a fast-paced, sales oriented environment
  • A self-starter with the desire to build a career
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and a do-er
  • OK with start-up environment and able to demonstrate solution in obstacles
